Come celebrate Djimmy with us on March 21 in San Francisco!
Since 2009, Djimmy has been learning how to be a photojournalist in Zanmi Lakay's Photography Workshops. In 2014 Djimmy was rewarded for his hard work with a full dslr camera kit and computer presented to him in front of the class during our 4th annual Jouk Li Jou Kan Foto (Youth Photo Camp) in Jacmel. Along with graduation and funeral paid assignments, Djimmy carries his camera around with him shooting daily life. Also - Djimmy is a Christian and not into Vodou, but he knows all good shooters put those feelings aside for the sake of news and documentation.
