Helping current and former street children in Haiti improve their lives
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit grass roots community organization dedicated to improving the quality of life
for current and former street children in Haiti through our education, outreach, and photography programs.
Etón, a local company that helped us with earthquake relief with a donation of 50 windup flashlight radios with solar power and cell phone plug in last year, posted our thank you card on their website. There are 50 very grateful people in Haiti, and we are too!
(zahmi la kai) literally means friend's home or friend's shelter in Haitian Kréyol, and is also a warm greeting among old friends. In this spirit of Zanmi Lakay we continue providing support to street children in Haiti.
